Our state-of-the-art planetarium, powered by DIGISTAR 6, offers an immersive journey through space. Explore distant galaxies, dive into the ocean depths, or travel back in time. With captivating shows for all ages, there's something for everyone. Shows run on weekends and throughout school holidays, or book a screening for a group.

School Holiday show schedule

NSW Spring School Holidays 2025 (27 September - 12 October)

All shows are 20 minutes in length. Tickets are required for all visitors aged 3 years and over.

11.15am - Beyond the Sun (suitable for younger audiences)

11.45am - Solar System Expedition (suitable for all ages)

12.15pm - We Are Stars (suitable for older audiences)

About the shows

Beyond the Sun

Celeste is visited by the Moon and his helpers, who take her on a journey to explore exoplanets beyond our Solar System. Together they discover rogue planets, ocean worlds, and super-Earths while learning how scientists search the skies for another Earth. As Celeste drifts off to sleep, the Moon promises to return for new adventures!

Solar System Expedition

3, 2, 1.... BLAST OFF! Join our intergalactic flight assistant as we tour through our solar system and beyond. Visit planets, galaxies and more as we discover our place in Space. This interactive, live astronomy show is suitable for the whole family.

We Are Stars

Roll up, roll up! Come inside and experience the Universe like never before. From the Big Bang to the modern day, explore time and Space from the comfort of our Planetarium. Narrated by award winning Hollywood actor Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit).

The Combined Pass offers discounted general entry plus 1 x planetarium show ticket and 1 x science show ticket per person.
